The Forbes Residence Home Plan
The Forbes Residence is a modern two story home designed by David Stumpf Architecture, which thoughtfully takes into account every detail. This home boasts 3,575 square feet of luxury living space within a managable 41' x 60' footprint, and is designed with a focusing on occupant comfort and convenience.
Modern architectural detailing and luxury are abundant within this home. These details include 10 foot ceilings on the first floor, coffered ceilings in the foyer and dining room, alcoves to display your art collection, and an open floor plan that helps make the home feel luxurious and much larger than it truly is. Details such as warm wood finishes and expansive windows meld the beauty of the surrounding landscape with the beauty and craftsmanship of the modern interior, truly make this home one of a kind. The overarching design theme of this home is “subtle luxury,” in a social context connecting those occupying the home with one another while still maintaining private spaces of retreat, and in a nonfigurative context connecting to nature and the surrounding environment.
This is an Architectural plan set which means it includes all of the information needed to build this home on your lot, and it also includes all of the details needed to build it as you see it in the renderings here. This home has been designed with a level of detail that can not be matched by other “plan set” providers.
