We are not a design only practice. David has built homes, managed construction projects, and worked on high rise and large scale multifamily buildings before founding this firm. That experience shows up in every drawing set, every site visit, and every conversation with a contractor or developer.

Our Buffalo office is located in the Elmwood Village, one of the city's most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods. This is our primary base of operations where David leads day to day design work, client meetings, and project management for our Western New York clients and beyond.

Our Pittsburgh office serves as our base for site visits, client meetings, and project work across Western Pennsylvania. David maintains an active presence in the region and is available to meet on site or by appointment.
